• Dorsomedial stability shell with integrated pronation position 
• To be applied immediately after injury, leaving the outer ankle knuckle free

Effects

• Places the foot in moderate pronation and dorsiflexion 
• Dynamic restraint continuously limits the plantar flexion and supination 
• Limits rotation

Indications

• Conservative treatment of anterior talofibular ligament fractures in the ankle 
• Post-operative protection after ligament repair and ligament reconstruction 
• Permanent stabilization aid for chronic instability in the upper and/or lower ankle joint with contraindications for surgery
