More Everyday Comfort and Safety
The rotation adapter is installed above the knee joint. With it, you can swing your flexed lower leg in and out. For example, you can swing the prosthetic leg up, lay it on your other leg, and comfortably put on shoes or change your socks.
When you are driving your car, the rotation adapter increases your safety. You can swing the prosthesis away to the side while driving so that the prosthetic foot cannot get stuck between the pedals. With the other leg, you can operate the gas or brake with no restrictions. You are more comfortable and relaxed behind the wheel and can focus all your attention on driving.
Easily Cross Your Legs
The rotation adapter makes it easy to sit comfortably, too. You can cross your legs and lean back to relax and even sit cross-legged. The rotation adapters 4R57 and 4R57=ST make your daily life easier and provide you with a higher quality of life.
